Steered the UX Evolution
As the first product designer at a fast-scaling SaaS startup (second designer overall), I laid the UX foundation to support the company’s evolution from a single-product offering to a scalable multi-product platform — a transformation that contributed to the company’s $1B acquisition by Cisco.

Like Google Maps for the Internet
PLATFORM OVERVIEW
ThousandEyes is a network intelligence platform that helps companies monitor and troubleshoot digital experiences across the Internet.
Think of it like Google Maps—but for your data on the Internet. Just like Google Maps shows you traffic jams, roadblocks, and detours on your physical journey, ThousandEyes shows you where data is getting stuck, slowed down, or dropped as it travels across networks between your users and your services.
Today, users connect to apps and websites through complex routes involving ISPs, cloud providers, DNS, and CDNs—most of which companies don’t control. When something breaks, it’s hard to know what went wrong or who’s responsible.
ThousandEyes continuously maps and monitors these digital routes in real time. It tells you:
Where a problem is happening (e.g., a slow ISP in Paris),
What is causing it (e.g., packet loss, DNS timeout),
And who is responsible (your own network, a cloud provider, or a third-party service).
This visibility lets IT, design, and product teams respond quickly, reduce downtime, and deliver more reliable, seamless user experiences—even when the Internet gets messy.

Goal
Since the vision of this product is to help IT operation team monitor digital experience for the organization, being able to support company-size deployment is the key business goal of this product. The design goal is to make experience scalable in the case of large-scale deployment.
