UNIVERSITY LECTURER · XUJC

Bringing design practice into the classroom.
I’m a university lecturer at XUJC with a background in product, interaction, and digital media design. My industry experience at RingCentral, Cisco ThousandEyes, and China Telecom Cloud informs how I think about design education.

Teaching through design practice
For me, design education is about learning to ask better questions, understand people, and make ideas tangible. I want to connect critical thinking with hands-on making—from exploring an interaction to shaping a coherent digital experience.
Product design, user experience, branding, and digital media provide the context for this approach. Real projects offer a way to discuss design decisions, constraints, iteration, and the relationship between an idea and its execution.
EDUCATION × DIGITAL MEDIA
Super 8: a digital home for design education
I designed and developed the official website for an undergraduate Digital Media Design program using Framer. The project brings together visual identity, digital storytelling, and a content-managed website for an educational setting.
A foundation in people and technology
My education spans Human Computer Interaction Design at Indiana University Bloomington (2014–2016) and Telecommunication Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (2009–2013). This combination of design and engineering continues to shape my perspective on digital experiences.
