An example of how I designed interactions and user interface for an AI product across different devices.

Overview
Professional Sales Team need to deal with a lot of phone calls because they need to follow up leads and get the deals done. In 2025 Q3, I was tasked as a freelance product designer by a startup in California, United States to design the user interface of a new AI agent in sales team management area.
The new AI agent will help automate the current sales call handling flow and analyze the call conversation so that the sales team could benefit from ai-generated content like training material, call summary, actionable insights, team performance statistics and so forth.
My Role
This was a giant project because I was asked to design for different personas including individual sales representatives and company executives as well as different devices including mobile and desktop. Initally we started from the product spec written by the client, and then I designed the UI/UX solutions for four different products as shown below.

One of the biggest challenges for this project is to quickly understand how sales team work with each other and figure out how they can benefit from the product. I successfully created a new product experience including a delightful user journey and a modern elegant visual language.
